Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Promote the standardization of molding processes and mold maintenance, including optimization of molding conditions, clarification of mold maintenance procedures and cycles, and implementation of continuous improvement activities. - Prepare, maintain, and periodically review related documentation such as Work Instructions (WI) and Control Plans (CP). - Lead quality improvement and yield enhancement initiatives within the manufacturing process. - Conduct root cause analysis for molding defects and equipment-related issues, and develop effective corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence. - Provide technical guidance and training to shop-floor operators, including the preparation of training materials and hands-on instruction. - Drive process improvement and efficiency enhancement activities in collaboration with relevant departments such as Production Planning, Quality Assurance and Maintenance. - Other assigned tasks
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - A minimum of approximately 5 years of experience in plastic injection molding within the manufacturing industry. - Conversational-middle of English to communicate with the Japanese Manager <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Able to speak Japanese ₋ Having management experience
