Mold Supervisor – Assistant Manager
(30K – 40K) (SDG-56235)
หัวหน้า - ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการงานแม่พิมพ์
Duties & Responsibilities:
• To be responsible for mold process
• Follow up Mold maintenance by communicating with JP HQ and local mold supplier
• Follow up New Mold making actual to comply with planed
• Summarize monthly working report and find the best solution in order to achieve the target
• Project Lead, Improvement & KAIZEN for production, quality, process, and maintenance
• Analysis and determine solution Mold trouble with related department
• Coordinate with related department to reduce problem machine breakdown which caused from Mold trouble
• Manpower Control, Budget Control, Training, Operation Management
• Other tasks as assigned
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 30-40 years
• Bachelor's degree in Engineer field
• Have working experience at least 5 years as precision injection mold related position (Focus on mold tasks)
• Having experience of maintenance or design
• Having experience of dealing with local mold maker
• Basic level of English (Be able to read and write)
• Able to use Auto CAD 2D or 3D program
• Having experience of rubber mold
Languages skills
• English : Basic
• Japanese : None
Workplace Area: IPP
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(<Saturday Working: Average 2 days per month >)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•รับผิดชอบในกระบวนการแม่พิมพ์
•ติดตามการบำรุงรักษาแม่พิมพ์โดยการสื่อสารกับสำนักงานใหญ่ที่ญี่ปุ่นและผู้จำหน่ายแม่พิมพ์ในพื้นที่
•ติดตามการสร้างแม่พิมพ์ใหม่จริงเพื่อให้เป็นไปตามแผน
•สรุปรายงานการทำงานประจำเดือนและหาทางออกที่ดีที่สุดเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมาย
•หัวหน้าโครงการการปรับปรุง & KAIZEN สำหรับการผลิตคุณภาพกระบวนการและการบำรุงรักษา
•วิเคราะห์และกำหนดแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาแม่พิมพ์กับแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้อง
•ประสานงานกับแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อลดปัญหาเครื่องจักรพังซึ่งเกิดจากปัญหาแม่พิมพ์
•การควบคุมกำลังคนการควบคุมงบประมาณการฝึกอบรมการจัดการการดำเนินงาน
•งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 30-40 ปี
•ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกร
•มีประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 5 ปีในตำแหน่งที่เกี่ยวข้องกับแม่พิมพ์ฉีดแม่นยำ (เน้นงานแม่พิมพ์)
•มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบำรุงรักษาหรือการออกแบบ
•มีประสบการณ์ในการติดต่อกับช่างทำแม่พิมพ์ในพื้นที่
•ระดับพื้นฐานของภาษาอังกฤษ (สามารถอ่านและเขียนได้)
•สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Auto CAD 2D หรือ 3D ได้
•มีประสบการณ์ด้านแม่พิมพ์ยาง
ทักษะภาษา
•ภาษาอังกฤษ: พื้นฐาน
•ญี่ปุ่น: ไม่มี
พื้นที่ทำงาน: IPP
ชั่วโมงการทำงาน: 8: 00-17: 00 น. (<วันเสาร์ทำงาน: เฉลี่ย 2 วันต่อเดือน>)
