<Job Responsibilities>
- This position can work in below team according to your skill and experience
- *possibility to work in several teams
Mold Design team
- Design 2D and 3D of Mold according to the Drawing and specifications of customers (soft ;UG NX 8,10)
- Prepare BOM
- Create Mold Modify Data as specified by the customer.
- Coordinate with customers or suppliers.
Mold Processing team
- Process mold based on the drawing (EDM, Fitting, Milling etc)
- Modify mold according to customer's request
- Repair mass mold
Mold Assembly team
- Assemble parts of mold
- Modify mold according to Processing team and Injection division
- Common Responsibilities
- Manage and train subordinate
- Schedule management
- Other tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male/Female , age 40-48 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Working experience in plastic mold industry (mold design or mold processing or mold assemble) for more than total 10 years *Mold size; 50t - 350t
- Management experience for more than 1 tear
- Strong knowledge of each process of Mold making and plastic injection
- Good command of English skill (for internal use)
- Knowledge in quality management system ISO / TS 16949, ISO 14001
- in case of having experience of only mold design, UG NX skill is must

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience of making plastic mold which is related automotive or medical parts

ทีมออกแบบแม่พิมพ์
- ออกแบบ 2D และ 3D ของ Mold ตามรูปวาดและข้อกำหนดของลูกค้า (เบา; UG NX 8,10)
- เตรียม BOM
- สร้าง Mold Modify Data ตามที่ลูกค้าระบุ
- ประสานงานกับลูกค้าหรือซัพพลายเออร์
ทีมประมวลผลแม่พิมพ์
- แม่พิมพ์กระบวนการขึ้นอยู่กับการวาดภาพ (EDM, ฟิตติ้ง, กัด ฯลฯ )
- ปรับเปลี่ยนแม่พิมพ์ตามคำขอของลูกค้า
- ซ่อมแม่พิมพ์มวล
ทีมงานประกอบแม่พิมพ์
- ประกอบชิ้นส่วนของแม่พิมพ์
- ดัดแปลงแม่พิมพ์ตามทีมประมวลผลและแผนกฉีด
- ความรับผิดชอบร่วมกัน
- จัดการและฝึกอบรมผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา
- การจัดการตาราง
- งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยชาย / หญิงอายุ 40-48 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานในอุตสาหกรรมแม่พิมพ์พลาสติก (การออกแบบแม่พิมพ์หรือการประมวลผลแม่พิมพ์หรือประกอบแม่พิมพ์) มานานกว่า 10 ปี * ขนาดแม่พิมพ์ 50t - 350t
- ประสบการณ์การจัดการมากกว่า 1 ฉีก
- มีความรู้ในแต่ละขั้นตอนของการทำแม่พิมพ์และการฉีดพลาสติก
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (สำหรับใช้ภายใน)
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบการจัดการคุณภาพ ISO / TS 16949, ISO 14001
- ในกรณีที่มีประสบการณ์ในการออกแบบแม่พิมพ์เพียงอย่างเดียวต้องใช้ทักษะ UG NX

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ดีกว่า>
- มีประสบการณ์ในการผลิตแม่พิมพ์พลาสติกซึ่งเป็นชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์หรือชิ้นส่วนทางการแพทย์
