<Number of employees : Total: 280 Local: 275 Japanese: 5 > <Report Line: Mold manager (TH)> <Team Member: Around 10 persons > <Number of Subordinates: None> <Products: Lost wax precision casting > <Clients: Japanese manufacturing company, Thai company > <Saturday Working: Every other Saturday > <Position Objective/Expectation > ・Responsible for mold design and mold repairing <Job Responsibilities> ・Take care of mold making and troubleshoot molding process ・Mold repairing and Modify actual to comply with planed. ・New Mold making and JIG actual to comply with planed. ・Coordinate and control ISO systems and participate to audit. ・Mold reparation technical and Mold process technical. ・Coordinate with related department to reduce problem machine breakdown which caused from Mold trouble. ・Other tasks as assigned by manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related degree ・Working experience 3 years in mold maker in manufacturing company ( especially small parts of metal) ・Have experience using of machinist / tool making ・Advance Conversation middle in English. (internal use) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in a Research and Development, Manufacturing or related environment - Experience new mold design for automobiles small parts or medical small parts - Japanese language skills - Work in Japanese company
