Mold Maintenance Manager
(50K – 70K) (SDG-63417)
ผู้จัดการฝ่ายบำรุงรักษาแม่พิมพ์
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Managing, Controlling, Organizing and Directing of Mold Maintenance Section (PM. And Repair maintenance process)
• Coaching and Training Team to better process.
• Lead the implementation of operational projects in the workplace.
• Continuous improvement and efficiencies across the Company’s products, systems, operations and processes
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 35-45 years
• Male only
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering fields.
• At least 5 years experience in Mold Maintenance role (Plastic or Metal or relate process) in automotive industry
• At least 3 years experience as assistant Manager or above in in Mold Maintenance role in automotive industry
• Must possess good problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Results oriented, timeline driven with a hands-on attitude
• Good communication skill with strong leadership
• Be able to use Microsoft Office program
• Advanced Conversation middle level of English
• Aluminum die casting process are preferable

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• การจัดการ ควบคุม จัดระเบียบ และควบคุมงานซ่อมบำรุงแม่พิมพ์ (PM. And Repair Maintenance)
• Coaching and Training ทีมงานเพื่อกระบวนการที่ดีขึ้น
• เป็นผู้นำในการดำเนินโครงการดำเนินงานในสถานที่ทำงาน
• การปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่องและประสิทธิภาพในผลิตภัณฑ์ ระบบ การดำเนินงาน และกระบวนการต่างๆ ของบริษัท
ทักษะที่จำเป็น / ประสบการณ์
• อายุ 35-45 ปี
• ผู้ชายเท่านั้น
• วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์
• มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในบทบาทการบำรุงรักษาแม่พิมพ์ (พลาสติกหรือโลหะหรือกระบวนการที่เกี่ยวข้อง) ในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์
• ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการหรือสูงกว่าในบทบาทการบำรุงรักษาแม่พิมพ์ในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์
• ต้องมีทักษะการแก้ปัญหาที่ดีและทักษะการคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณ
• มุ่งเน้นผลลัพธ์ ไทม์ไลน์ขับเคลื่อนด้วยทัศนคติแบบลงมือปฏิบัติ
• มีทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ดี มีความเป็นผู้นำสูง
• สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
• แนะนำให้ใช้กระบวนการหล่อแบบอะลูมิเนียมแทน
