Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Operate and control NC Milling, ML, SG, EDM, and WEDM machines. - Maintain and monitor the condition of NC Milling, ML, SG, EDM, and WEDM machines. - Follow up on work plans and schedules for NC Milling, ML, SG, EDM, and WEDM operations. - Ensure quality and environmental control in the mold repair process involving NC Milling, ML, SG, EDM, and WEDM. - Comply with ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System requirements: - Follow the company’s environmental policy - Comply with departmental environmental aspects - Follow procedures related to environmental management - Implement environmental action plans - Ensure compliance with the IATF 16949:2016 Quality Management System. - Supervise subordinates to ensure tasks are completed according to goals and standards. - Other tasks assigned by the Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's Degree in the Engineering field - At least 5 years of work experience in operating NC Milling, ML, EDM, SG, and WEDM machines - At least 1 year of management experience with subordinates - Knowledge of mold manufacturing processes. - Knowledge of ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 - Able to operate and use Multi DNC software. - Basic Level in English for the documentation tasks <Details> - Good relationship, highly responsible, and willing to work under pressure - Strong leadership ability with good communication skills - High sense of responsibility. - Detail-oriented and precise. <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Can start working immediately - Direct experience of maintenance in Plastic for Automotive Manufacturing
