Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering. - At least 3 years of experience in injection molding, specifically for automotive parts - Proficient in mold design, setup, and plastic materials knowledge - Conversational High level in English for reading, writing, and speaking with customers or suppliers when required <Details> - Strong problem-solving skills and a systematic approach to troubleshooting - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
