Mold Engineer (20K – 25K) (SDG-109056) วิศวกรแม่พิมพ์ Duties & Responsibilities: • Develop molded products with the required performance. • Prepare a manufacturing system that can stably supply the required quality. • Responsible for the technical operation of the manufacturing system in a stable manner. • Validation of new products (process changing). • Production support, Trouble shooting, and NCMR. • Support Die insert (Pin) Design, and Pin cutting program. • Support NC3P measurement system. • Support other jobs assigned by manager. หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ: • พัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์แม่พิมพ์ด้วยประสิทธิภาพที่ต้องการ • เตรียมระบบการผลิตที่สามารถจัดหาคุณภาพที่ต้องการได้อย่างเสถียร • รับผิดชอบการทำงานด้านเทคนิคของระบบการผลิตอย่างเสถียร • ตรวจสอบผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ (การเปลี่ยนแปลงกระบวนการ) • สนับสนุนการผลิต การแก้ไขปัญหา และ NCMR • สนับสนุนการออกแบบแม่พิมพ์ (หมุด) และโปรแกรมการตัดหมุด • สนับสนุนระบบการวัด NC3P • สนับสนุนงานอื่นๆ ที่ผู้จัดการมอบหมาย
Job Requirement
