Mold engineer

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Coordinating with internal department to maintain mold quality
• Contact to external mold supplier
• Proceed evaluation and Analysis problem process after finishing design and create solutions when problem found
• Create and propose for new project
• Perform other tasks as assign by JP Manager, Production Assistant Manager
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 30-39 years
• College diploma or Bachelor degree in engineering field
• 5 years working experience as mold engineer in automotive parts manufacturer's production line to make engine mounts or metal parts (Not body )
• Having experience to operate metal press machine (200, 300, 400 ton)
• Be able to read and write in English (Conversational low to middle)
• Able to read and make drawing for mold (2D,3D Auto CAD)
• Be able to commute to work by themselves
• Cheerful person
• Able to communicate in Japanese is preferable

• Workplace Area: Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate
• Working Hour: 8:00-17:10(Saturday Working : 1-2 times per month on average *It depends on business calendar)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในเพื่อรักษาคุณภาพของแม่พิมพ์
• ติดต่อผู้จัดจำหน่ายแม่พิมพ์ภายนอก
• ดำเนินการประเมินและวิเคราะห์ปัญหาหลังจากเสร็จสิ้นการออกแบบและสร้างแนวทางแก้ไขเมื่อพบปัญหา
• สร้างและเสนอโครงการใหม่
• ทำงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจาก JP Manager, Production Assistant Manager
ทักษะที่จำเป็น / ประสบการณ์
• อายุ 30-39 ปี
• ปริญญาตรีหรือปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์
• ประสบการณ์ทำงาน 5 ปี ในตำแหน่งวิศวกรแม่พิมพ์ ในสายการผลิตของผู้ผลิตชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ เพื่อทำแท่นยึดเครื่องยนต์หรือชิ้นส่วนโลหะ (ไม่ใช่ตัวถัง )
• มีประสบการณ์ในการใช้งานเครื่องรีดโลหะ (200, 300, 400 ตัน)
• สามารถอ่านเขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้ (สนทนาจากต่ำไปกลาง)
• สามารถอ่านและเขียนแบบสำหรับแม่พิมพ์ได้ (2D,3D Auto CAD)
• สามารถเดินทางไปทำงานเองได้
• เป็นคนร่าเริง
• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้จะดีมาก
