Mold Engineer
(20K – 35K) (SDG-56250)

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Proceed mold maintenance of Aluminum Die Casting parts by using a milling cutter and NC lathe
• Coordinating with internal department to maintain mold quality
• Contact to external mold supplier
• Proceed evaluation and Analysis problem process after finishing design and create solutions when problem found
• Create and propose for new project
• Making reports
• Other tasks as assigned
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 30-40 years
• College diploma in field of engineering
• Basic level of English
• At least 5 years working experience as injection mold maintenance by using Milling Cutter and NC lathe
• Able to use CAD 2D 3D (Any brand)
• Having experience in Aluminum Die cast manufacturer
Workplace Area: Amatanakorn Industrial Estate
Working Hour: 8:00-17:45(Mon-Fri *Saturday working average once in a month)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•ดำเนินการบำรุงรักษาแม่พิมพ์ของชิ้นส่วนอลูมิเนียม Die Casting โดยใช้หัวกัดและเครื่องกลึง NC
•ประสานงานกับแผนกภายในเพื่อรักษาคุณภาพแม่พิมพ์
•ติดต่อผู้จำหน่ายแม่พิมพ์ภายนอก
•ดำเนินการประเมินและวิเคราะห์ปัญหาหลังจากเสร็จสิ้นการออกแบบและสร้างแนวทางแก้ไขเมื่อพบปัญหา
•สร้างและเสนอโครงการใหม่
•การทำรายงาน
•งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 30-40 ปี
•ประกาศนียบัตรวิทยาลัยสาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์
•ระดับพื้นฐานของภาษาอังกฤษ
•ประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 5 ปีในการบำรุงรักษาแม่พิมพ์ฉีดโดยใช้เครื่องตัดมิลลิ่งและเครื่องกลึง NC
•สามารถใช้ CAD 2D 3D (ยี่ห้อใดก็ได้)
•มีประสบการณ์ในการผลิตอลูมิเนียมหล่อ
สถานที่ทำงาน: นิคมอุตสาหกรรมอมตะนคร
ชั่วโมงการทำงาน: 8: 00-17: 45 (จันทร์ - ศุกร์ * วันเสาร์ทำงานเฉลี่ยเดือนละครั้ง)
