Mold design engineer (6-month contract) (30K–35K) (SDG-64371) วิศวกรออกแบบแม่พิมพ์ (สัญญา 6 เดือน) <Job Responsibilities> - Design Mold for mechanical equipment in field of Automotive and others - Drawing and design machine mold for automotive part (Car component) - Plan to design mechanical works , 3D Design works of project to follow customer requirement. - Control quality of work to meet the requirement - Set plan to operate safety works by no accident occurring from operation. - Operate QC work of Tooling (including field work), or mechanical equipment - Control an operation until works is finished as plan - Realize customer needs both of requirement and budget - Inspect several functions of mechanical system to meet the design - Coach internal colleague for mold design works - Cooperation in all works of ISO systems of the company <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality, Male, Female 25 – 30 years old - Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering - At least 3-5 years in experience in Mold Design works using NX, Solid works, AutoCAD (ex. curve bending glass machine) - Have basic knowledge on Thermodynamics , Fluid dynamics, Heat transfer, and Strength of material - Can operate Mold Design ,3D-CAD(NX, Solid Works), and 2D-CAD(AutoCAD) - Understand basic level of measuring instrument ; Transit, Vernier, Torque wrench , Dial guage, Micrometer, Angle measuring, tape measure - Ability in QC work of Tooling(incl. field work) or mechanical equipment - Good command in English language with PC literacy - Own transportation with valid driving license- <Preferable Skill / Experience> - none Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: BTS Udomsuk,Bangkok Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri) About the Benefits Salary: 30,000–35,000THB About the company Product & Service: Building works, scaffolding and civil engineering works, electrical engineering works, tile, brick, and block works, steel structural works, mechanical equipment installation, roofing works, piping works, glass works, waterproofing works, building fixtures, pipelaying Business Type: Automobiles / Automobile Parts;Glass / Ceramic / Cement;

วิศวกรออกแบบแม่พิมพ์ (สัญญา 6 เดือน) (30K–35K) (SDG-64371) <หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ> - ออกแบบแม่พิมพ์สำหรับอุปกรณ์เครื่องกลด้านยานยนต์และอื่นๆ - วาดและออกแบบแม่พิมพ์เครื่องจักรสำหรับชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ (Car component) - วางแผนการออกแบบงานเครื่องกล , งานออกแบบ 3D ของโครงการตามความต้องการของลูกค้า - ควบคุมคุณภาพงานให้ตรงตามข้อกำหนด - กำหนดแผนการดำเนินงานด้านความปลอดภัยโดยไม่เกิดอุบัติเหตุจากการดำเนินงาน - ควบคุมงาน QC ของ Tooling (รวมถึงงานภาคสนาม) หรืออุปกรณ์เครื่องกล - ควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานจนเสร็จตามแผน - ตระหนักถึงความต้องการของลูกค้าทั้งความต้องการและงบประมาณ - ตรวจสอบฟังก์ชั่นต่างๆ ของระบบกลไกเพื่อให้ตรงตามการออกแบบ - โค้ชเพื่อนร่วมงานภายในสำหรับงานออกแบบแม่พิมพ์ - ความร่วมมือในทุกงานของระบบ ISO ของบริษัท <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น > - สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 25 – 30 ปี - วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล - มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี ในงานออกแบบแม่พิมพ์โดยใช้ NX, งาน Solid, AutoCAD (เช่น เครื่องดัดกระจกโค้ง) - มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับอุณหพลศาสตร์ พลศาสตร์ของไหล การถ่ายเทความร้อน และความแข็งแรงของวัสดุ - สามารถใช้ Mold Design ,3D-CAD(NX, Solid Works) และ 2D-CAD(AutoCAD) - เข้าใจระดับพื้นฐานของเครื่องมือวัด ; ทรานสิท, เวอร์เนีย, ประแจแรงบิด, ไดอัลเกจ, ไมโครมิเตอร์, การวัดมุม, ตลับเมตร - ความสามารถในการควบคุมคุณภาพงานของ Tooling (รวมถึงงานภาคสนาม) หรืออุปกรณ์เครื่องกล - สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้ - พาหนะส่วนตัวพร้อมใบขับขี่ที่ถูกต้อง- <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ> - ไม่มี ทักษะทางภาษา ภาษาอังกฤษ: ระดับการสนทนา ภาษาญี่ปุ่น: ไม่มี สถานที่ทำงาน: BTS อุดมสุข กรุงเทพมหานคร เวลาทำการ: 8:00-17:00 น.
