Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> 1. Key Responsibility - To conduct regular store visits across assigned department store branches. - To provide detailed product information and consultation to customers. - To support and coach in-store staff to improve product knowledge and selling confidence. - To build strong relationships with store teams and key stakeholders 2. Project Support Responsibility - To accompany department store project teams on site visits - To provide technical product guidance in real project environments - To assist in presenting suitable insulation solutions to customers - To support store team in handling complex customer requirements and improving conversion - To ensure proper product display and point of sale materials are in place - To collect customer insights, feedback, and potential leads - To report market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior - To support in-store promotional activities and events 3. Other tasks as assigned by the Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 3 years of experience in Sales from the Building or Construction Materials Industry - Experience in selling through modern trade or retail channels, such as home improvement stores and department stores - Conversational High Level In English (Communicate with the branch companies and communicate via email with customers) <In Details> - Basic knowledge in construction materials, home improvement, or technical products - Ability to travel upcountry to visit stores and job sites - Good personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills - Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration from a recognized University - Knowledge in the Insulation Business - Knowledge of the building and construction Industry - Own car with a driving license for visiting customers
