Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Mainly support the interpretation function in the MT Sales department. - Provides secretarial support to the Japanese Executive Manager. - Assist the Japanese Manager in coordinating with other departments, including customers. - Visit the client with the Sales Team and interpreter during meetings - Prepare Memo, Reports and Documents. - Responsible for secretarial tasks and other assignments (as needed)
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 5 years of work experience as a Sales Support/Sales Coordinator and Interpreter - Business level in Japanese for communicating with Japanese Managers and customers with JLPT N2 up - Have a driving car license (use the company's car) <In Details> - Good Command of Computer skills such as Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) - Strong analytical skills, logical thinking, and creative thinking skills - Excellent presentation skills <Preferable / Experience> - Have experience in the FMCG industry
