Mobile Shop Sales (Japanese speaking)
(26K – 31K) (SDG-76106)
Duties & Responsibilities:
• To introduce a berry mobile service for a Japanese company (if the customer is a Thai customer). Also, go to the customer's office with Japanese sales if needed. (*Not every day, * Can use a company with driver )
• (new task from 2021) To assist advertising sales for the guidebook *Include: Shooting movie and editing video for Youtube channel
• (new task from 2021) To assist sales and operation for Dry cleaning (Kikuya)
• To take care of existing corporate customer support (about 100 companies) * Support all corporate customers with Japanese sales staff and Back office staff.
• To assist Japanese sales as BO (Back Office) staff.
• To coordinate signal etc. between Japanese sales and Thai mobile carrier (AIS/TRUE/DTAC).
• To operate customer system menu (input, Check, and output data)
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 24-35 years
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Advanced conversation middle of English
• Character: Service-oriented and kind personality
• Advanced conversation middle of Japanese (N3 above is better but not must)
• At least 1 year of working experience in Japanese speaking position in a company
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PPT, *Adobe soft(if possible))
• Have experience in sales is preferable
Languages skills
• English : Conversational
• Japanese : Conversational
• Workplace Area: Sriracha Nakorn , Sriracha, ChonBuri
• Working Hour: 10:00-19:00(2 days off per week (basically weekends off))

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• แนะนำบริการ berry mobile ให้กับบริษัทญี่ปุ่น (หากลูกค้าเป็นลูกค้าชาวไทย) นอกจากนี้ ให้ไปที่สำนักงานของลูกค้าที่มีฝ่ายขายในญี่ปุ่น หากจำเป็น (*ไม่ใช่ทุกวัน* สามารถใช้บริษัทพร้อมคนขับได้ )
• (งานใหม่จากปี 2564) เพื่อช่วยขายโฆษณาหนังสือคู่มือ *รวม ถ่ายภาพยนตร์และตัดต่อวิดีโอช่อง Youtube
• (งานใหม่ตั้งแต่ปี 2564) เพื่อช่วยงานขายและปฏิบัติการซักแห้ง (Kikuya)
• ดูแลการสนับสนุนลูกค้าองค์กรที่มีอยู่ (ประมาณ 100 บริษัท) * สนับสนุนลูกค้าองค์กรทั้งหมดด้วยพนักงานขายชาวญี่ปุ่นและพนักงาน Back office
• เพื่อช่วยฝ่ายขายชาวญี่ปุ่นในฐานะพนักงาน BO (Back Office)
• เพื่อประสานสัญญาณ ฯลฯ ระหว่างฝ่ายขายของญี่ปุ่นและผู้ให้บริการมือถือไทย (AIS/TRUE/DTAC)
• เพื่อใช้งานเมนูระบบของลูกค้า (ข้อมูลเข้า ตรวจสอบ และส่งออกข้อมูล)
ทักษะที่จำเป็น / ประสบการณ์
• อายุ 24-35 ปี
• ปริญญาตรี
• บทสนทนาภาษาอังกฤษกลางขั้นสูง
• คาแรคเตอร์: มีใจรักบริการและบุคลิกดี
• ภาษาญี่ปุ่นระดับสนทนา (N3 ข้างบนดีกว่าแต่ไม่จำเป็น)
• ประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 1 ปีในตำแหน่งที่พูดภาษาญี่ปุ่นในบริษัท
• ทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ขั้นพื้นฐาน (Word, Excel, PPT, *Adobe soft (ถ้าเป็นไปได้))
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการขายจะรับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
