<Job Responsibilities> - Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, understand their business needs, and propose appropriate solutions - Strategic Advisory: Develop proposals on business strategy and process improvements, presenting concrete approaches to address client challenges - Team Management: Mentor and guide junior consultants and analysts to maximize team performance and growth - Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze data and prepare reports and presentations that deliver actionable insights and recommendations - Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure smooth and efficient execution - Other duties assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 3 years of work experience at a consulting firm, or experience in corporate planning within an operating company (any industry is fine) - High level of English to communicate with Japanese staff and clients <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Conversational skill in Japanese (not required in JLPT, any level is also fine)
