Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Organize and support all Medical Affairs meetings and events. - Build and maintain comprehensive tracking systems to monitor all ongoing Medical Affairs activities. - Collaborate closely with the Medical Affairs team to support the full sponsorship process from planning through completion. Activities include processing initial proposals, tracking progress, reviewing final reports, and securing necessary approvals. - Scan and digitize all physical documents related to Medical Affairs activities and sponsorships, and systematically upload and organize all files into the designated SharePoint site. - Prepare and submit all Medical Affairs-related expense reports with complete supporting documentation, ensuring compliance with financial and company policies.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 3 years of experience in Administrative, Sales Assistant, Sales Support, or related roles in any industry - Conversational high in English (writing and reading, communication skills, documents) - Able to use MS Office (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - TOEIC score 500 - Understanding of pharmaceutical industry compliance standards and Medical Affairs processes is an advantage. <Details> - Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
