Job Description
<Job Responsibilities > - Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal machine performance. - Perform repair and maintenance of production machinery and equipment. - Provide emergency maintenance support according to assigned schedules. - Carry out tasks based on maintenance requests or work orders. - Ensure machines and equipment comply with relevant safety standards. - Support improvement and development projects within the engineering function. - Perform other duties as assigned by Engineering and Management. - Record and update all maintenance activities in the maintenance management system.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Higher Vocational Certificate (Diploma) in Mechanical Technology, Industrial Mechanics, Mechatronics, or related field. - At least 2 years of experience in maintenance roles in the manufacturing industry. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills - Conversation Low in English (Email and document) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in a Japanese company - Experience operating lathe, milling, drilling machines, or welding equipment is an advantage.
