Work Outline: This position is the person to be assigned for factory construction site in our company (Ayutthaya, Rayong and other)
Duties & Responsibility:
Survey, control budget, schedule and quality of mechanical system such as HVAC, plumbing, steam, fire protection and air compressor system
Management of Subcontractor
Prepare construction related reports
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality
Male/Female above 24 years old
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum of 3 year experience in the building construction of mechanical system
Have good knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and or factory mechanical system
Have good personality and can do teamwork (able to achieve results through the co-operation and support of own team)
Excellent coordination and communication skills at all levels (from work crew to clients and management) clearly and concisely
Proficient in the use of MS Office, including Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
[Prefarable Skill]
Hold Mechanical Engineer license preferred
Experience in Japanese M and E construction company is a difinite plus
Have experience as a leader of project
Have experience in project scale of over 10,000 m2 would be advantageous
Construction experience in factory would be advantageous
Languages skills
English: Conversational Level
Workplace Area: Construction sites
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:30 (Monday to Friday)
