Mechanical Inspector (Certified Associate welding Inspector) (50K – 70K) (SDG-113703) เจ้าหน้าที่ตรวจสอบเครื่องจักร (ผู้ตรวจสอบการเชื่อม) Duties & Responsibilities: • Inspecting following Construction Manager based on technical documents and control quality • Conduct Welder Performance Test, manage and approve work and inspections as per contract requirements • Supervise construction activities with meeting schedules and safety standards • Inspecting reports are properly written and technical documentation is up to date. • Prepare welding inspection reports and records and maintain event records for all welded areas. • Preparation of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) • To meet constructing schedule, report to Construction Manager as necessary to avoid delays and conflicts in the construction schedule. • Supervise the installation, welding and painting of tanks, laboratory equipment, warehouse equipment, etc. and conduct toolbox meetings with subcontractors. • Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports on work progress, issues and their solutions. • Establish work procedures and ensure safety, environmental, and quality requirements. • Ensure that all subcontractors on site adhere to procedures and specifications. • Other tasks assigned by Construction Manager หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ: • ตรวจสอบผู้จัดการก่อสร้างตามเอกสารทางเทคนิคและคุณภาพการควบคุม • ดำเนินการทดสอบประสิทธิภาพการเชื่อม จัดการและอนุมัติการทำงานและการตรวจสอบตามข้อกำหนดของสัญญา • ดูแลกิจกรรมการก่อสร้างโดยปฏิบัติตามกำหนดเวลาและมาตรฐานความปลอดภัย • ตรวจสอบรายงานว่าเขียนอย่างถูกต้องและเอกสารทางเทคนิคเป็นปัจจุบัน • จัดทำรายงานและบันทึกการตรวจสอบการเชื่อม และรักษาบันทึกกิจกรรมสำหรับพื้นที่ที่มีการเชื่อมทั้งหมด • จัดทำรายงานการไม่เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด (NCR) • ให้รายงานต่อผู้จัดการก่อสร้างตามความจำเป็นเพื่อให้เป็นไปตามกำหนดเวลาการก่อสร้าง และหลีกเลี่ยงความล่าช้าและความขัดแย้งในกำหนดเวลาการก่อสร้าง • ดูแลการติดตั้ง การเชื่อม และการทาสีถัง อุปกรณ์ห้องปฏิบัติการ อุปกรณ์ในคลังสินค้า ฯลฯ และจัดประชุมร่วมกับผู้รับเหมาช่วง • จัดทำรายงานรายวัน รายสัปดาห์ และรายเดือนเกี่ยวกับความคืบหน้าของงาน ปัญหา และแนวทางแก้ไข • กำหนดขั้นตอนการทำงานและรับรองความปลอดภัย สิ่งแวดล้อม และข้อกำหนดด้านคุณภาพ • รับรองว่าผู้รับเหมาช่วงทั้งหมดในไซต์งานปฏิบัติตามขั้นตอนและข้อกำหนดต่างๆ • งานอื่นๆ ที่ผู้จัดการก่อสร้างมอบหมาย
Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience • Age 35-50 years • Any gender • High Diploma • At least 5 years’ experience both mechanical and welding inspector and supervisor • At least 3 years’ experience of higher than supervisor level • Certification of CAWI (Certified Associate Welding Inspector) • Conversational-low level of English (email communication) • Able to join at middle of December • Conversational middle to high level of English (Communicate with manager) • Good cooperativeness, activeness, and being reactive.
