Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Conduct research and develop new products, as well as improve existing products - Design, test, and validate products and processes to meet specifications and customer requirements - Coordinate with the sales department, customers, and related engineers to conduct trial run and do machine validation with customers for new product development or important projects - Analyze production issues and propose effective solutions - Prepare and control technical documents such as BOM, drawings, and work instructions - Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, and related departments to ensure project timelines are met - Set up and optimize machine conditions for product trials and production - Collect, analyze, and summarize data from experiments and trials - Provide technical support to internal teams and customers when required - Stay updated with new technologies and apply them to product and process development
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering - At least 1 year of experience in R&D, Mechanical Engineer, or Process Engineer in the manufacturing industry - Basic knowledge of product design, testing, and engineering analysis - Ability to read technical drawings and data sheets <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Knowledge of CAD (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is a plus - Conversational, middle-level English for communicating with clients <Details> - Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) - Good teamwork and communication skills - Responsible and able to work under pressure
