Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Control the construction site and supervise the installation of machinery, utilities, site factory buildings, and storage - Control and create site document control schedules, and handle paper tasks sent to the company for recording - Monitor and re-check work with other engineering teams; control and lead suppliers, outsourcing, and contact subcontractors to meet the construction master plan - Prepare pricing, quantity of use, and create price additions or deductions for the client, comparing with subcontractors if applicable - Co-operate with civil engineers, mechanical teams, and electrical teams - Co-operate with electrical teams, machine makers, and suppliers - Monitor and control work to meet company policy and construction legal standards - Audit work from start to finish - Handle other assigned tasks
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering - At least 15 years of working experience as a Mechanical engineer (factory construction) with 6 years of experience at the Management level - Conversational mid-high in English to communicate with Japanese Managers and clients (Knowledge of specific words in the work field) - A Professional Mechanical Engineer License (Level 2) is a must - Able to use AutoCAD and MS Office - Having a driving license (company car provided). Able to work at domestic sites or abroad (Such as Bangkok, including Pathum Thani, Ayutthaya, Chonburi, Rayong, and Udonthani) <Details> - Can work with an understanding of mechanical working process/site working process and can lead, control subordinates, subcontractors as a site manager, can stay at the site construction - High responsibility, Excellent communication and presentation skills, team player - Want to improve self-skills and grow within the company <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - SketchUp program would be an advantage - Having experience in the food industry, a food factory - Having experience working in a Japanese company - Interest or having experience in the food industry, food/frozen storage, or related fields is an advantage
