Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Construction site controller, also supervises the installation of the machine, utilities/ site factory, building, and storage
- Control and make a site document control schedule, and paper tasks sent to the company for recording.
- Monitor with control & re-check with other engineering, Control, and lead supplier, out-sourcing, and contact sub-contractors to meet the construction master plan
- Preparing the price, QTY, of use, and making the price addition work -deduction work to the client and comparing with the subcontractor (if any*)
- Co-operate with the civil engineer, mechanical, and electrical team
- Co-operate with electrical, machine maker, and supplier
- Monitoring and controlling the work/Job to meet company policy and construction Legal Standards
- Audit work from start to finish
- Other assigned tasks
*Have company car but need to drive by themself
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 15 years of working experience as a Mechanical engineer
- At least 6 years of experience at the Management level
- Knowledge of managing the site working process.
- Experiences in factory construction
- Conversational high in English to communicate with Japanese Managers and clients (Knowledge of specific words in the work field)
- Having a driving license (company's car provided)
- Able to work at the domestic country site or abroad (Such as Bangkok, including Pathum Thani, Ayutthaya, Chonburi, Rayong, and Udonthani)
- Can work with an understanding of mechanical working process/site working process and can lead, control subordinates, subcontractors as a site manager, can stay at the site construction.
- A Professional Mechanical Engineer License (Level 2) is a must
- Able to use Auto CAD, MS Office

- Having experience working in a Japanese company.
