Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Evaluate material costs, labor, and budgets related to installation and maintenance work - Oversee, maintain, and inspect the working condition of machinery - Plan preventive maintenance inspections and activities for machinery and equipment - Identify root causes of problems and prevent recurrence - Troubleshoot and resolve immediate issues with machinery and production systems - Monitor and inspect emergency systems, including safety systems within the factory - Support energy conservation and energy management activities - Coordinate and collaborate with technical teams and relevant departments - Prepare documentation and records for machinery, maintenance, and engineering work - Inspect and analyze machinery abnormalities (before and after failure) - Manage and maintain sufficient spare parts inventory; control and oversee mechanical parts - Plan and prioritize repair / PM work - Monitor and analyze machine performance - Train staff to detect machine problems - Improve machinery to reduce costs and enhance quality - Improve and support MC/UT projects - Support New Projects - Energy Management
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or Electrical Engineering. - At least 1 year of experience in machinery maintenance in a manufacturing plant - Conversational middle-level English (Documents, Email) <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Possession of a Professional Engineering License (กว.) will be given special consideration - Experience in packaging Manufacturing
