Work Outline: Design and make quotation of factory mechanical system such as HVAC, plumbing, steam, fire protection and air compressor system
Duties & Responsibilities:
The role is to design and make quotation of factory mechanical system such as HVAC, plumbing, steam, fire protection and air compressor system. Such as write specifications.
Prepare datasheets and design philosophies, produce technical calculations and Quantity survey
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality only, male/female, age above 24 years old
Bachelor’s degree
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the building construction and or design industry
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and or factory mechanical design and estimation
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
Proficient in the use of MS Office, including Excel, Word, Power point and Outlook
Design experience in factory would be advantageous
Preferable Skill / Experience
Experience in Japanese M and E construction company
Design and Estimation experience in factory
Languages skills
English: Advance Conversation level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Chongnonsri
Working Hour: (Monday to Friday) 8:30 to 17:30
