M&E Senior Site Engineer (28K–40K) (SDG-101565) วิศวกรอาวุโสไซต์งาน M&E <Job responsibilities> - Reports to the senior project manager and project manager and is responsible for the project under his charge. - Interpret technical designs and drawings. - Manage M&E works to meet project specifications, budgets and timeline. - Prepare reports to clients and project manager on progress, delays, defects and rectification measures for the M&E works. - Provide technical advice and resolve M&E technical issues on site. - Supervise M&E works (e.g. installation of green building technologies, lighting, air-conditioning, and mechanical ventilation) in the construction project - Follow ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 system. <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> - รายงานต่อผู้จัดการโครงการอาวุโสและผู้จัดการโครงการและรับผิดชอบโครงการภายใต้การดูแล - ตีความการออกแบบและภาพวาดทางเทคนิค - จัดการงาน M&E ให้ตรงตามข้อกำหนดของโครงการ งบประมาณ และระยะเวลา - จัดทำรายงานให้กับลูกค้าและผู้จัดการโครงการเกี่ยวกับความคืบหน้า ความล่าช้า ข้อบกพร่อง และมาตรการแก้ไขสำหรับงาน M&E - ให้คำแนะนำทางเทคนิคและแก้ไขปัญหาด้านเทคนิค M&E ในสถานที่ - ควบคุมดูแลงาน M&E (เช่น การติดตั้งเทคโนโลยีอาคารสีเขียว แสงสว่าง เครื่องปรับอากาศ และระบบระบายอากาศ) ในโครงการก่อสร้าง - ปฏิบัติตามระบบ ISO 9001, 14001 และ 45001
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 32 - 45 years old - Bachelor's degree of Mechanical or Electrical Engineer - Holding an Associated Engineer. - At least 10 years of experience handling in M&E projects. - Good Command of English communication skills. (with report line) - Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - Computer literacy especially in MS office, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Auto CAD. - Good communication skills.
