M&E QC Manager (Construction) (70K-90K) (SDG-83182) ผู้จัดการฝ่าย QC M&E (ก่อสร้าง) <Job Responsibilities> - Manage and monitor Quality Control of each construction site - Coordinate with CSA to follow company standard and specification - Onsite inspection for ME Work during installation - Prepare Before and After inspection report - Prepare QC document and report to International ME Department <Necessary Skills / Experiences> - Thai nationality, Male, Female, 35-45 years old - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering - Have at least 10 years or above experience in MEP construction work - Have at least 1 year's management level in Manager - Strong command of oral and written English is mandatory - Good computer knowledge of all kinds of software are commonly used in construction industry. - Good at time management skills with the ability to self-manage time efficiently and meet deadline, good at organize skills Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: BTS Chongnonsi, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri, *Working in holiday (8 hrs) can be used as 1 day of substitution leave) About the Benefits Salary: 70,000–90,000THB About the company Product & Service: Construction Site Business Type: Construction / Home Building

ผู้จัดการฝ่าย QC M&E (ก่อสร้าง) (70K-90K) (SDG-83182) <หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ> - จัดการและตรวจสอบการควบคุมคุณภาพของสถานที่ก่อสร้างแต่ละแห่ง - ประสานงานกับ CSA เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานและข้อกำหนดของบริษัท - การตรวจสอบนอกสถานที่สำหรับงาน ME ระหว่างการติดตั้ง - จัดทำรายงานก่อนและหลังการตรวจ - จัดทำเอกสาร QC และรายงานไปยังแผนก ME ระหว่างประเทศ <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น> - สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 35-45 ปี - ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกลหรือไฟฟ้า - มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 10 ปีขึ้นไปในงานก่อสร้าง MEP - มีระดับการจัดการอย่างน้อย 1 ปีในตำแหน่งผู้จัดการ - ทักษะภาษาอังกฤษในการพูดและเขียนได้อย่างดีเป็นสิ่งบังคับ - ความรู้ด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ที่ดีของซอฟต์แวร์ทุกประเภทมักใช้ในอุตสาหกรรมก่อสร้าง - เก่งเรื่องการบริหารเวลา สามารถบริหารจัดการเวลาได้เองอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และตรงต่อเวลา มีทักษะในการจัดระเบียบได้ดี ทักษะทางภาษา ภาษาอังกฤษ: ระดับการสนทนา ภาษาญี่ปุ่น: ไม่มี สถานที่ทำงาน: BTS ช่องนนทรี กรุงเทพมหานคร เวลาทำงาน: 8:00-17:00 น.
