<Job Responsibilities> - Design and develop mechanical systems, components, and products that meet or exceed customer requirements and industry standards - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex engineering challenges - Conduct thorough testing and analysis to ensure the quality and reliability of our products - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in mechanical engineering and apply relevant technologies to our operations - Document and maintain detailed records of the engineering process, including design specifications, test results, and project milestones - Provide technical support and guidance to production and maintenance teams to ensure the smooth operation of our mechanical systems
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field - At least 10 years of experience in M&E Engineering with 3 years of management experience in the factory/warehouse construction industry - Conversational High level in English for communicate with the report line and clients <Program> - Proficient in the use of CAD software, data analysis tools, and project management software - Proficient in project management software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Power BI - Proficient in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and Microsoft Excel <Details> - Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment - Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety standards <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - M&E in the manufacturing industry
