Job Description


<Job Responsibilities>
- Arrange and manage sub-contractor for M&E for the project ordered by owners
- Overview of design concept and scope of work
- Recheck the Design and Estimation from the engineers or subcontractors
- Review or Monitoring Project Design or Cost Submission, or Design and Estimation 
- Purchasing good materials by controlling the budget 
- Monitor the submission schedule
- Review turnkey engineering and cost estimation
- Consider the budget for the Project Submission
- Order the materials and subcontractors
- Evaluate the subcontractors and suppliers
- Attend the Site and coordination meetings
- Inspection before handover of the project
- Make presentations to the clients (consultants and the owners (mainly Japanese))
- Other tasks assigned by the Manager

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- At least 4 years of experience in M&E Design, Estimation Work, and Cost Analysis
- At least 1 year of experience as a Supervisor or Leader Level (no subordinate is okay)
- Experience in providing M&E systems for Manufacturing or Factory construction
- Holding Engineer License (Professional License and Electrical license preferred)
- Conversational Middle level in English 
  (communication and presentation with Japanese clients)
- Able to use Auto CAD

- Experience in a Japanese Company
- Experience in a Construction Contractor Company
- Experience in Assistant Manager Level or Management in Subordinates
- Standard Design of Electrical Power or Mechanical follows the EIT Standard
 (Electrical Installation Standards) 
- NFPA (National Fire Protection Association)
