<Job Description> - Manage and supervise the installation of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems. - Ensure compliance with project plans, quality standards, and budget requirements. - Plan and coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors, and relevant departments. - Lead and support bidding processes, technical proposal preparation, and cost estimation. - Prepare BOQ, estimate costs, and provide advice during pre-bid and execution stages. - Establish and maintain relationships to enhance business opportunities with key industry stakeholders such as consultants, designers, project owners, and suppliers. - Participate in business development activities by leveraging personal and professional networks to identify new project leads and strategic partnerships. - Identify, analyze, and resolve project issues in collaboration with internal teams. - Provide regular project progress reports to the Director and Management - Other tasks assigned by the Director
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's Degree or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering - At least 7 years of experience in project management related to MEP system installation - Holding a Professional Engineer License Level 2 (Mechanical or Electrical license) - Conversational Middle in English Level (Communicate internally, email, and some report documents) - Experience in preparing BOQs, cost estimation, and bidding submissions. - Experience and knowledge of the design and installation of MEP systems. - Have connections with consultants, designers, owners, and suppliers. - Able to use Auto CAD - Own car <In Details> - Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills - Ability to represent the company in front of stakeholders. <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Experience in a Japanese company - Experience as a Project Manager or Project Director - Holding a Senior Professional Engineer License (Level 3) - Experience with large-scale projects or knowledge of BIM or LEED
