Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Act as the main communication window between Japanese expatriates, JV partners, local (Thai) teams, and external parties - Coordinate and follow up with external stakeholders (suppliers, landlords, outsourcing partners, etc.) - Organize, prioritize, and track instructions from Japanese expatriates - Support JV and internal communication to ensure alignment and smooth execution - Conduct basic attendance checks and support light labor and general administration tasks -Other duties related to general affairs as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 1 year of experience in MD support or a related position within a Japanese company - Conversational high level of Japanese or above (N3 Up) - Ability to independently handle ambiguous situations and make judgment calls - Strong multitasking and coordination skills <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Conversational middle-level of English - Experience in Retail, F&B, or consumer-facing industries - Experience in a JV, multinational, or post-merger environment
