Material Planning Supervisor (25K – 35K) (SDG-58921)
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Plans and directs the material planning and material logistic functions to meet the facility plan objectives and satisfy customer needs.
• Interfaces with Production, Business Control, Center Purchasing (JP HQ), Suppliers, Logistics.
• Plans, initiates, and maintains a material procurement process that establishes and achieves the least total cost, best quality and timely delivery for facility material.
• Purchases from internal/external suppliers and includes managing inventory and record accuracy through monitoring shortage / surplus exception, supplier follow ups, negative on-hands and daily delivery performance.
• Develops and directs internal/external material flow planning involving more than one facility (outsourcing) or a complex material flow plan.
• Implements efficient supplier and interplant material supply plans.
• Meets production and parts requirements while optimizing inventory levels, lot sizing, lead times, packaging, and transportation costs.
• Works directly with Supply Chain Planning team to create the plan for every parts.
• Provides subject matter expertise and collaboration support for the development of material logistics plans.
• Provides direct support to manufacturing operations through managing incoming requirements and scheduling of production work orders.
• Establishes and nurtures supplier relationships.
• Develops staff skills by focusing on evaluative / analytical thinking, innovative approaches to problem solving and team building .
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 30-40 years
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering field or related field
• Experience at least 5 years of material planning in automotive or electronics.
• Working experience 2 years in management in automotive or electronics.
• Advance understanding of ERP/Planning System, SAP, Oracle.
• In-depth understanding of supply base utilization.
• Background knowledge of EMS manufacturing.
• Advance conversation low level of English
• Able to use Microsoft office program
• Master Degree will be advantage in Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer, Science etc. is preferable

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri (Working some Saturday depend on company calendar)

•วางแผนและกำกับการวางแผนวัสดุและฟังก์ชันโลจิสติกส์วัสดุเพื่อให้เป็นไปตามวัตถุประสงค์ของแผนสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกและตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้า
•เชื่อมต่อกับการผลิตการควบคุมธุรกิจการจัดซื้อของศูนย์ (JP HQ) ซัพพลายเออร์โลจิสติกส์
•วางแผนเริ่มต้นและดูแลกระบวนการจัดหาวัสดุที่กำหนดและบรรลุต้นทุนรวมน้อยที่สุดคุณภาพดีที่สุดและส่งมอบวัสดุอุปกรณ์อำนวยความสะดวกได้ทันเวลา
•ซื้อจากซัพพลายเออร์ภายใน / ภายนอกและรวมถึงการจัดการสินค้าคงคลังและบันทึกความถูกต้องผ่านการตรวจสอบการขาดแคลน / ข้อยกเว้นส่วนเกินการติดตามซัพพลายเออร์การติดลบในมือและประสิทธิภาพการจัดส่งประจำวัน
•พัฒนาและกำกับการวางแผนการไหลของวัสดุภายใน / ภายนอกที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกมากกว่าหนึ่งแห่ง (การเอาท์ซอร์ส) หรือแผนการไหลของวัสดุที่ซับซ้อน
•ดำเนินแผนการจัดหาซัพพลายเออร์ที่มีประสิทธิภาพและสอดแทรกวัสดุ
•ตรงตามความต้องการในการผลิตและชิ้นส่วนในขณะที่เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพระดับสินค้าคงคลังขนาดล็อตระยะเวลาในการบรรจุหีบห่อและต้นทุนการขนส่ง
•ทำงานโดยตรงกับทีมวางแผนซัพพลายเชนเพื่อสร้างแผนสำหรับทุกส่วน
•ให้ความเชี่ยวชาญเฉพาะเรื่องและการสนับสนุนความร่วมมือในการพัฒนาแผนการขนส่งวัสดุ
•ให้การสนับสนุนโดยตรงกับการดำเนินการผลิตผ่านการจัดการข้อกำหนดที่เข้ามาและการจัดตารางใบสั่งงานการผลิต
•สร้างและดูแลความสัมพันธ์กับซัพพลายเออร์
•พัฒนาทักษะของพนักงานโดยมุ่งเน้นไปที่การคิดเชิงประเมิน / การวิเคราะห์แนวทางใหม่ ๆ ในการแก้ปัญหาและการสร้างทีม
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 30-40 ปี
•ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
•มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในการวางแผนวัสดุในยานยนต์หรืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์
•ประสบการณ์การทำงาน 2 ปีในการบริหารจัดการยานยนต์หรืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์
•ความเข้าใจขั้นสูงเกี่ยวกับ ERP / Planning System, SAP, Oracle
•ความเข้าใจเชิงลึกเกี่ยวกับการใช้ประโยชน์จากฐานอุปทาน
•ความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับการผลิต EMS
•สนทนาขั้นสูงภาษาอังกฤษระดับต่ำ
•สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft office ได้
•ปริญญาโทจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษในสาขาวิศวกรรมซัพพลายเชนคอมพิวเตอร์วิทยาศาสตร์และอื่น ๆ เป็นที่ต้องการ
