Material Planning Staff
(18K – 25K) (SDG-72954)
เจ้าหน้าที่วางแผนวัสดุ
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Plan and direct the material planning and material logistic functions to meet the facility plan objectives and satisfy customer needs.
• Interface with production, Business Control, Center Purchasing (JP HQ), Suppliers, Logistics.
• Plan, initiate, and maintain a material procurement process that establishes and achieves the least total cost, best quality and timely delivery for facility material.
• Develop direct internal/external material flow planning involving more than one facility (outsourcing) or a complex material flow plan.
• Implement efficient supplier and interplant material supply plans.
• Meet production and parts requirements while optimizing inventory levels, lot sizing, lead times, packaging, and transportation costs.
• Work directly with Supply Chain Planning team to create the plan for every parts.
• Provide subject matter expertise and collaboration support for the development of material logistics plans.
• Provides direct support to manufacturing operations through managing incoming requirements and scheduling of production work orders
• Establish and nurtures supplier relationships.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 25-28 years
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering field or related field
• Experience at least 3 years of material planning in automotive or electronics.
• Advance understanding of ERP/Planning System, SAP/Oracle (SAP mainly)
• In-depth understanding of supply base utilization.
• Background knowledge of EMS manufacturing.
• Advance conversation low level of English
• Able to use Microsoft office program
• No job hoppers

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• วางแผนและกำกับดูแลการวางแผนวัสดุและหน้าที่ด้านการขนส่งวัสดุเพื่อให้เป็นไปตามวัตถุประสงค์ของแผนสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกและตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้า
• เชื่อมต่อกับการผลิต, การควบคุมธุรกิจ, การจัดซื้อจากสำนักงานใหญ่ (JP HQ), ซัพพลายเออร์, โลจิสติกส์
• วางแผน เริ่มต้น และรักษากระบวนการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างวัสดุที่กำหนดและบรรลุต้นทุนรวมน้อยที่สุด คุณภาพดีที่สุด และการส่งมอบทันเวลาสำหรับวัสดุในอาคาร
• พัฒนาการวางแผนการไหลของวัสดุภายใน/ภายนอกโดยตรงที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกมากกว่าหนึ่งแห่ง (การเอาท์ซอร์ส) หรือแผนการไหลของวัสดุที่ซับซ้อน
• ดำเนินการตามแผนการจัดหาซัพพลายเออร์และวัสดุปลูกถ่ายที่มีประสิทธิภาพ
• ปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดด้านการผลิตและชิ้นส่วน พร้อมปรับระดับสินค้าคงคลัง การปรับขนาดล็อต เวลาในการผลิต บรรจุภัณฑ์ และต้นทุนการขนส่งให้เหมาะสม
• ทำงานโดยตรงกับทีม Supply Chain Planning เพื่อสร้างแผนสำหรับทุกส่วน
• ให้ความเชี่ยวชาญเฉพาะด้านและการสนับสนุนการทำงานร่วมกันสำหรับการพัฒนาแผนการขนส่งวัสดุ
• ให้การสนับสนุนโดยตรงแก่การปฏิบัติงานด้านการผลิตผ่านการจัดการความต้องการที่เข้ามาและการจัดกำหนดการของใบสั่งงานการผลิต
• สร้างและหล่อเลี้ยงความสัมพันธ์กับซัพพลายเออร์
ทักษะที่จำเป็น / ประสบการณ์
• อายุ 25-28 ปี
• วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในการวางแผนวัสดุในยานยนต์หรืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์
• ความเข้าใจขั้นสูงเกี่ยวกับ ERP/Planning System, SAP/Oracle (SAP เป็นหลัก)
• ความเข้าใจเชิงลึกเกี่ยวกับการใช้ฐานอุปทาน
• ความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับการผลิต EMS
• ภาษาอังกฤษในระดับสนทนา
• สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft office ได้
• ไม่มีคนตกงาน
