Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Manage and control employees to perform regulations and work procedures - Ensure all warehouse-related documents are accurate, properly maintained, and up to date - Provide distribution and storage of materials used in the correct and appropriate manner - Improve the current working methods and process flow as appropriate - Improve employee skills as needed - Record workload and achieve daily & monthly targets - Perform T-Pics transactions in the system and monitor actual inventory results - Perform other duties as assigned by monitoring actual results - Conduct physical inventory process, monitor results, and implement solutions - Update raw material inventory level and confirm material usage with PC & PU section - Report all performance indicators to superior - Implement and comply with ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 requirements and related activities
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 2 years of experience in warehouse or material control, industrial engineer, logistic engineer from a manufacturing environment - Conversation Middle of English and communication skills (To communicate both internal and external parties) - Knowledge or training experience in ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 <In Details> - Proficient in Microsoft Office or other relevant computer programs - Knowledge of material control and manpower management - Strong leadership and good interpersonal skills <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Management experience - Experience in Automotive, Wire Harness Business
