Work outline: Responsible for coordination and support task for sales team for the whole sales process.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Support & Facilitate Sales team for the whole sales process
Ø Make documents (order sheet, quotation, purchase order, payment schedule, confirmation letter and other documents which required by customer &dealers)
Ø Co-ordinate with internal Department ; Business Support, Credit Admin, Accounting &Finance to complete task in each process; Input customer information, credit analysis, agreement process, payment to dealer, etc.
Ø Sometime visit customer with supervisor for supported any matter by assignment
Ø Other tasks assigned by supervisor
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Female, Age 22-25
Ø Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field
Ø 2-3 working experience as a sales coordinator or customer service (from leasing or banking field is preferable)
Ø Handled documents/paper works before; quotation, purchase order, customer request form
Ø Good coordination skill
Preferable:
Ø Experience working in leasing or banking company.
Language skills:
English: Advanced conversation level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Ploenchit
Working Hour: Monday – Friday (9:00 – 18:00)
