Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Conduct and supervise market research projects to gather insights into customer needs, preferences, and industry trends - Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to support strategic marketing decisions - Monitor competitors and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats - Support product development and innovation with consumer and market data - Collaborate with sales, R&D, and product development teams to align market insights with business goals - Create reports and presentations to communicate findings to internal stakeholders - Manage research agencies or vendors when required - Supervise and mentor junior staff or coordinate research tasks within the marketing team - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - 5 years of experience in market research, marketer, Business development, Sales Planning in Food and Beverage industry - Experience in market research, data analysis, or insights development - Familiarity with research tools and techniques (e.g., surveys, focus groups, data analytics) - Conversational high in English to communicate with internal and external, including for making report, survey, and presentation - Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing tools <Details> - Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Work experience in a Japanese company
