Job Description


<Job Responsibilities>
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (both online and offline), ensuring all communication activities align with business goals and drive measurable sales results
- Develop strategic communication approaches that effectively influence purchasing decisions, while continuously monitoring market trends and competitor movements
- Analyze customer insights, behaviors, and unmet needs through research methodologies and social listening tools
- Create and develop innovative, engaging, and scroll-stopping content across multiple channels, transforming creative ideas into measurable business outcomes
- Manage timelines and ensure quality of content production across Social Media, Marketplace platforms, and Offline Media (e.g., POSM, events), including coordination with influencers, KOLs, and external partners
- Track and analyze campaign performance data, and optimize strategies in real time to achieve defined KPIs and business objectives
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Content, Ads, Sales, and external partners to ensure alignment and effective execution
- Plan and implement CRM strategies to retain existing customers, drive repeat purchases, and enhance customer journeys across all touchpoints

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Marketing, E-commerce, Communication or related fields such as Performance Marketing, Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Media Planning from IT Gadget industry. 
- High-level conversational English to communicate with internal and external stakeholders

- Strong understanding of business dynamics, market landscape, competitors, and emerging trends
- Proven experience in using social listening tools or conducting consumer research
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data, ROI, and optimize campaign performance
- Highly motivated, able to work well under pressure, and capable of solving problems effectively
- Demonstrates leadership potential and motivated to grow into management-level career

<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Experience in E-commerce or Marketplace platforms will be a strong advantage
