Job Description


<Job Responsibilities>
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Business Development team to plan and execute marketing initiatives.
- Convert marketing strategies into clear, actionable daily activities, including generating trends presentation, proposal concept ideas, promotional support and etc., proactively and reactively.
- Prepare and present F&B market and consumer trend insights (mainly in Thai, occasionally in English) for internal audiences.
- Conduct and support data analysis—such as flavor, consumer, and category trends—to support product development and sales opportunities.
- Use research tools/databases (e.g., Mintel, GlobalData, Euromonitor, survey) to create presentations, proposals, and marketing content.
- Coordinate the development, production, and delivery of proactive marketing and sales materials (e.g. Promotional Flavour Toolkit Box) according to plans and timelines.
- Lead and participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative and commercially relevant concepts.
- Communicate and collaborate with external agencies, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Gather and summarize marketing performance results and prepare reports for management.
- Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned by the Manager.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in market research, marketing, Business development, and sales planning in the food and beverage industry
- Experience in market research, data analysis, or insights development
- Familiarity with research tools and techniques (e.g., surveys, focus groups, data analytics)
- Conversational high in English to communicate with internal and external, including for making reports, surveys, and presentations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing tools

- Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, brand management, and market research platforms (e.g., Mintel, GlobalData, Euromonitor).
- Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Creative, organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into useful insights and recommendations.
