<Job Responsibilities>
Drive market analysis and business development strategies for air conditioners and related HVAC solutions (Chillers, Hot Water Systems) across Asia. Identify growth opportunities, monitor market trends, and shape innovative strategies to expand regional market presence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drive Marketing of Applied Products in Asia
• Analyze market and customer insights to develop impactful marketing strategies for air conditioners, chillers, and related HVAC solutions.
2. Engage Directly with Customers & Markets
• Visit project sites and clients to understand needs, challenges, and gather competitive intelligence.
3. Shape Market & Product Development Strategies
• Conduct in-depth market analysis (3C, PEST, SWOT, 4P, 5F, etc.) to design growth strategies and plan future product development.
4. Represent the Company in the Industry
• Participate in industry associations (e.g., The Federation of Thai Industries - FTI), exchange key market insights, and collaborate with ministries and government agencies to influence standards and policies.
5. Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- At least 5 years in Marketing and Sales' Strategy Development (with background in Air Conditioners or HVAC products (e.g., chillers, hot water systems).
- Proven track record in customer engagement, solution proposals, and sales execution.
- Conversational High in English (deal with customers and related both in Thailand and Oversea Country (Asia) etc., email, report, documents etc.)
- Holding own car with driving license. (able to visit client's site by own car, own drive)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience representing companies in industry associations, engaging in information exchange, and negotiating with ministries or government agencies.
- Holding TOEIC score 700 or higher
- Early join candidates
