Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> 1. Digital Marketing Operations - Manage and improve the company website, landing pages, and user experience. - Lead SEO initiatives and monitor performance. - Analyze website traffic and user behavior using GA4, and propose data-driven improvements. - Manage and analyze social media activities, including content planning and performance review. 2. Creative Development - Produce digital content such as product videos, brand videos, and short-form social media content. - Create high-quality presentations and marketing materials. 3. Strategy & Market Analysis - Conduct market, competitor, and customer analysis to identify business opportunities. - Plan and execute marketing strategies and promotional activities. - Define KPIs and manage performance based on the marketing funnel. 4. Cross-functional Collaboration - Propose marketing initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. - Coordinate with related teams to drive marketing projects forward. 5. CRM / ERP Utilization (Nice to Have) - Use CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for customer management. - Support operations using ERP tools (e.g., Dynamics 365). ※Other related tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 3 years of experience in online marketing (website updates, SEO, Google Analytics analysis, Facebook posting, and performance analysis) in any industry - Video creation/editing skills - Market analysis skills - Conversational high-level of English for mainly internal communication <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in the development/execution of product sales strategies - Experience in the relevant industry - Experience using CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (Dynamics 365)
