<Job Responsibilities> - To develop creative ideas and design marketing campaigns - To plan and prepare presentation materials and proposals according to client requirements - To identify suitable marketing channels to match brand objectives and target audiences - To manage marketing budgets and ensure compliance with campaign guidelines - To coordinate and communicate with both internal teams and external partners - To manage campaign execution to ensure smooth operations and achieve desired results - To monitor social media trends and competitor activities - To emerge as an influencer platform to enhance future campaigns - To lead and manage the team and analyze campaign performance - To prepare summary reports for clients - Other tasks as assigned by the Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in Japanese Business, Marketing, or any related fields - At least 1 year of Experience in PR, Sales, Event, or Marketing from any industry - Experience in coordinating with internal teams and external customers or partners - Business Level in Japanese (JLPT N1) (Communicate with the Japanese CEO and Japanese Customers all the time) - Conversational Basic Level in English (Use for emails, reports, and documents for internal and external sharing) - Have knowledge about the Influencers - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint <Details > - Understanding of cultural sensitivity - Collaborate with people from diverse cultural backgrounds - Excellent organizational skills - Creativity and strategic thinking <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Experience in a Startup Company - Experience in a Japanese Company - Experience in a Marketing Agency or Advertising Company - Experience in dealing with the Influencers
