<Job Responsibilities> - To find new customers in the product portfolio based on the core competence of the product - To manage and oversee a business expansion for the future - To contact and negotiate with customers for the new products - To prepare and check quotation calculations and accuracy for customers on time - To control the delivery of new samples and new molds to customers on time - To prepare order forecast information in case of new products - To inform the relevant internal departments according to the results - To oversee profit and loss estimation, basic for making a quotation, and problem-solving - To follow the information from customers and suppliers to the relevant internal departments - To sumarize Monthly performance to management - To join in the activities of the company as assigned - To operate in the preparation of the job system that the organization has prepared - Other tasks as assigned by the Management
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 7 years of Experience as a Sales in Functional Film or Dry Film for an Electronic Company - At least 3 years of Experience in Management (With subordinates would be good) - Conversational High Level in Chinese (HSK4) (Communicate with Chinese Customers) - Own a car with a driving license <In Details> - Conversational Middle Level in English (Communicate internally with Japanese, email, reports, and other documents) - Proactive, team-oriented, and capable of quick response to production issues - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and reporting skills - Able to travel upcountry <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field - Experience in a Japanese Company or Cooperating with Chinese Customers - Experience in managing 3-4 subordinates
