Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Dealer Management: Manage relationships with dealers to drive business and support sales operations. - Basic Credit Analysis: Perform basic credit assessments of customers or dealers to support lease approval decisions. - Customer Communication: Maintain regular communication with customers regarding contract status, payments, and service inquiries. - Contract Processing: Handle the preparation and processing of leasing contracts and related documents. - Customer Visit & Collection: Conduct visits to customers for contract discussions, collection activities, and relationship building. - Customer Follow-up: Follow up with customers or dealers on pending matters, payments, or service requests. - Document Verification: Review and verify customer application documents, contracts, and financial information. - Reporting & Administrative Support: Prepare regular reports on sales, collections, and dealer performance; provide administrative support for the department's operations.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 1 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within the Leasing Industry, with experience in credit case review (Copier Machine) - Conversational high in English required for internal reporting and client communication. - Holding a valid driving license and willingness to travel as business requires. <Details> - Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills - Ability to analyze market trends and sales data - Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Office skills - Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
