Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitors. - Develop and implement marketing strategies to support business objectives and increase brand awareness. - Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and related activities. - Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LINE). - Plan and optimize Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns. - Create marketing content, captions, and video materials. - Support offline marketing activities, events, and promotions. - Monitor, analyze, and report marketing performance, including reach, engagement, and conversion rates. - Provide recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 1 year of experience in marketing in any industry - Conversational middle level of English (Internal, Email, Documentation). - Conversational High level of Chinese (For Clients, Contents, Marketing). (HSK 5+) - Proficient in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LINE, and Xiaohongshu Little Red Book / RED). <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience in marketing in the healthcare industry - Able to start work immediately <Details> - A portfolio showcasing marketing campaigns and/or content creation projects is needed
