Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Analyze sales and the competitive environment, formulate marketing strategies for the product group in the domestic market, including product development, pricing, brand awareness campaigns, and selecting appropriate products and promotional media. - Plan domestic product group marketing activities, prepare the annual marketing budget, and supervise the implementation of marketing plans to increase sales and market share according to the set targets. - Plan and develop new products in collaboration with the R&D department, set product prices, and explore new market channels for the product group. - Conduct domestic marketing activities and utilize marketing communication tools to drive sales towards the set goals. - Take responsibility for key projects assigned by supervisors. - Develop the team's capabilities to enhance efficiency in their work.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in marketing or other fields related - At least 5 years of experience in marketing and/or Marketing Communication in the Food industry - At least 3 years of team management - Able to travel to work at the factory, Bangna-Trad Road, Km. 19 - Able to communicate in English well (Communicate with the client) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in the Food industry - Own Car
