Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Strategic and Market Analysis Support such as conducting market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitor activities, providing insights to guide strategic decision-making to meet budget goals and objectives.
- Product Development to support the concept and timing planning of new products, collaborating closely with Head office and the Manager.
- Coordinate with Head office to gather market voice for new sizes and items and assist in preparing materials to support development initiatives.
- Organize and conduct product training sessions for sales teams, covering essential information for new and existing products.
- Co-work with sales teams in business negotiations, especially for commercial tires, providing product and market expertise.
- Make mid-term plan for sales and consolidated profit and implement this plan.
- Support to make annual sales and profit plan in sales group companies and follow up on such plan.
- Plan and support for ASEAN new product launching events with responsible parties
- Annual budget planning for Marketing activities in ASEAN
- Other duties assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in the Marketing field or other related fields.
- At least 7 years of experience as a Marketing & Product Development Manager in the Automotive Tire Business.
- Conversation High level in English Skills to communicate with Japanese Report Line, Japanese Management, and Regional.
- Strategic Thinking & Market Analysis.
- Proactive and results-driven, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Advanced skills of Excel / Word / PowerPoint
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Working in a Japanese or a Global company.
- Experienced working in ASEAN or Regional.
- Management experience.
- TOEIC score.
