Work Outline: Responsible for planning and monitoring marketing and sales functions
Duties & Responsibility:
Plan and carry out marketing activities/strategy to achieve the target in quantitative and qualitative aspects
Maintain and develop relationship with new and existing customers
Prepare and write-up basic credit analysis of prospect customers
Organize and direct all aspects of control in the department
Develop sales force team by training and motivating subordinates to work to the best of their ability
Prepare monthly report in English
Attend management weekly/monthly meetings
Prepare and plan monthly/yearly budget
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male or Female age 40 – 45 years old
Bachelor’s degree or Higher in Business Administration, Marketing or any relate fields
At least 8 years’ experience in banking, relationship management
Excellent command in English
Responsible, perseverance and strong problem solving skills
Sufficient knowledge in computer literacy
Possessed good decision making skill
Negotiation and selling skills
Languages skills
English: Advance Conversation (Highest Level) to Business Level
Japanese: N/A
Workplace Area: Chonburi
Working Hour: 09:00 - 18:00 (Monday to Friday)
