Work Outline: Provides strategic marketing plans and sales plan to drive team to meet company target
Duties & Responsibility:
Provide support to Multi-National Marketing team by supporting initial sales pitches and providing product and service demonstrations.
Project management which include planning, organizing and overseeing
Employee Benefit Program implementation
Provide support to internal customer service team on sales/customer service cross sell efforts.
Coordinate and work closely with other department to ensure that the service levels are met and provide customer feedback for product and service improvement.
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and business analysis.
other assignments as per instruct by Head of Multi-National Marketing department
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male or Female, age not over 45 years old
Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing or related field
At least 5 year experience in Sales & Marketing (Insurance)
Strong strategic planning skills & sales oriented are required
Good command in English Strong management skills, excellent interpersonal skills
[Preferable]
Insurance background is preferable
Languages skills
English: Business Level
Workplace Area: Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30 – 16.45 PM. (Mon - Fri)
