Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Promoting and managing a good working teamwork among direct marketing subordinators to reach the branch
Ø target
Ø Developing, Visiting, keeping and managing good relationships with new / existing customers and supplier
Ø Planning, performing and achieving annual leasing business amount of target
Ø Controlling, following-up and coordinating with subordinates to control and follow up overdue customer to pay overdue rent
Ø Supporting and assist subordinate to perform all of their duties properly
Ø Updating to top management with latest situation and information
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 35-45 years old
Ø Bachelor’s degree
Ø At least 8 years’ experience in Sales or Marketing in Auto Leasing Business
Ø Business Type: (Leasing/Trading: Automobile)
Ø Experience in Leadership skill (at least 6-7 subordinates)
Ø Able to relocate (Bangkok –Ayutthaya)
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: Ayutthaya
Working Hour: 8.30 – 17.00 (Monday – Friday)
