Work Outline: marketing and management tasks
Duties & Responsibility:
Develop marketing strategies and manage budgets
Manage and execute promotional activities
Oversee overall marketing & communication strategy for each promotional activities
Monitor campaign progress, evaluate result of marketing activities and marketing communications and propose concrete feedback for improvements
Analyze current market situation, market trends, identify market opportunities, and make recommendations based on analysis, result and data to explore business
Keeping abreast with current consumer needs, marketplace trends, market research, advertising, media, business drivers and competitor’s strategy
Monitoring staff development progress and orientation process of new staff
Responsible for overall team management with respect to team engagement, driving processes and discipline
Visiting branches (Emporium and Siam Paragon) to screen a standard of a shop
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai national, Female only, age 32-45 years
Bachelor’s degree in any field
At least 5 years’ experience in marketing or branding area, preferably involving luxury products (Spa/Salon/Cosmetics)
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
Dynamic team player and works well with all levels internally and externally.
Ability to organize, prioritize and be resourceful.
Excellent analytical, conceptual and presentation skills
Have passion or familiar with Hair Products
Preferable Skill / Experience
Experience in Salon Management, Spa Management, Beauty Clinic Management
Languages skills
English: Business level

Workplace Area: BTS Asoke
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:30 (Monday – Friday)
About the Benefit
Salary: 50,000 – 65,000 THB Negotiable
