Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives
- Thai real estate market research and real estate business development
- Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities
- Analyze potential strategic partner relationships for the company
- Conduct marketing plan for existing and new clients (real estate)
- New business development with new clients in the future
- Develop and implement Marketing and Sales strategies of the company
- Assist the Japanese MD with Sales and Marketing activities (Thai Law and regulations knowledge is required)
- Other tasks as per assigned
Qualification:
Desired skills & experiences:
MUST
- Thai nationality, Male or Female, Age 28 - 45
- Bachelor's degree in any related fields
- Good command of Japanese (JLPT N2 –N1)
- WORK experience at least 3 years
- PC skill
PREFER
- Work experience in real estate industry/marketing/developer
- Self-motivated/energetic/hardworking/willing to work in a new set up company
- Knowledge of Thai Law (real estate industry)
- Work experience in Japan/Japanese companies
Workplace Area: BTS Asoke
Working Hour: 9:00 – 18:00
About the Benefit
Salary: 50,000-80,000 THB/ Month
